"NOZOMI" The train made its real debut in 1997 as "Super Ozora," connecting Sapporo and Kushiro. Composed of a steel front top with a high cab and a stainless steel body, the distinctive character of the train is its flat and simple rooftop, with the coolers placed under the floor. Equipped with a pendulum mechanism, the scale model leans inside while passing on curves. To prevent fallen icicles from sliding down the flat rooftop and breaking the sticking-out cab window when another top car with a high cab window is connected in the middle of the train, protectors have been recently added to the rooftop of the real train where the cars are connected. When the train's nickname was changed to "Ozora," the head sign and full-color LED destinations were revised, and stickers are supplied to reproduce these updates. Combine the basic and add-on sets in many ways to make various train compositions of 5 to 8 cars, as seen in recent years. DISCLAIMER: IMAGE IS ONLY A REPRESENTATION.
